Our daughter @SwimBevo purchased a broken bat of one of her favorite @Brewers. The Team Store was great and had it shipped home to Conroe TX for her but somewhere in @UPS custody it disappeared and they waited 2+ wks to tell her. She is heartbroken & frustrated. Do better, @UPS.

@UPS would really love to know exactly what happened to my bat that showed up in my city but all of a sudden went missing and the employees conveniently threw away the box the bat came in. Very disappointed by this whole process and the lack of information from customer service
