@IDFCFIRSTBank I do not understand as to why a bank headed by Mr Vaidyanathan has to resort to calling customers through IVR for cross selling. Disappointing and irritating indeed. If you don’t pick up it will go on calling umpteen times
@FaberIndia useless complaint booking system. You toll free number will push customer to lodge complaint through WhatsApp or other channels which simply don’t work. Assistance on toll free simply does not connect

@CMOfficeUP We came last year in kumbh at Prayagraj and witnessed the massive arrangements on bathing in Triveni Sangam. We were highly impressed. We came to Triveni today also. Sad to say the entire process of bathing in Triveni has been hijacked by Mafia. Going back unhappy
@LGIndia I am a regular customer of LG having many products and AMCs for all on regular basis. I receive only an SMS whenever I pay for my AMC but not a regular email communication. How long can I preserve an SMS?
@LGIndia your product service is good but customer service is pathetic. Phone banking is simple incompetent not able to handle a sensible query. Why should your AMC intimation, after receipt of payment not be sent through email to customer?
