Candidate (hesitantly): Okay... I'll accept the offer.
Two months later...
The candidate was assigned work and additional responsibilities. Performance was consistently strong, and deadlines were always met. However, there was no recognition, and the workload doubled.
Subsequently, a new offer was received – 100,000 per month. The candidate resigned.
Manager: "You should have informed us; we could have done something..."
The reality was:
When it mattered, nothing was done.
Lesson: Do not disregard an individual's stated worth.
Offering a lower salary with the promise of "learning opportunities" is a sophisticated form of a toxic work environment.
Talent is retained through respect, not merely time.

Boost: Boss gets a 1.2 million bonus and a 25% salary increase.
Employee gets: 4,000 supermarket voucher and a notebook that says “Team Player of the Month.”

Cherlapally railway station do not have tickets counter near plat form 9 entrance.
Does it exists and do not function now?
As most of the passengers use Platform 9 entrance having issues in buying tickets.

But looks like most of us are unaware or seen it near entrance that it is operational.
May be a sign board or someone can guide us for few days will be helpful.
