After reaching the destination event after a week the courier is undelivered, no efforts from the local office team, customer service etc have been complaining since a week but to heed no has come yet.

First it almost take 1 week just to reach the destination ( this could have been due tto the wrong info provided by tye booking office,they guaranteed 4days delivery).
