I just got my metrics back from a recent camp. Moving in the right direction but lot’s of work ahead of me. Always looking forward to challenging myself to getting better!

118 Ks in 56 IP with a 0.25 ERA (0.73 WHIP) entering today.
I had a busy day today with a workout in the morning on top of a hitting and pitching lesson. It was good to work on some things that I wanted to improve on from the weekend and to help me prepare for Colorado next week. @IMG_14uNational@BRXperformance@_C0ACH_P@Level_Up_FP

There’s no such thing as a “slump.”
The season guarantees struggle.
When things aren’t going your way, one of the worst questions to ask is:
“What do I change?”
Because when you start hunting for fixes, you can feed the same pathway that keeps the struggle present.
Most of the time it’s not your swing, it’s the game: timing, variance, and a lot of uncontrollables.
And the biggest controllable is always your response to failure.
Your job in the “dip” isn’t to reinvent yourself, it’s to reinforce what makes you good:
Process
Preparation
Approach
A mindset to compete
Don’t chase a new thing. Take the information and respond to what the game throws at you.
