@nytimes@TheAthletic Somewhere the Fever organization needs to take control and it has to be the person in charge. Not the coach, not Clark, not a ball guy.
But that person needs to reinstate the credential + speak the truth going forward. Otherwise, mess is only going to escalate into a tidal wave.
@bkravitz Interesting to hear your comment. If the Fever did an about-face and returned his credential, would you, if you were in his shoes, accept it and take the apology or not?
@JMV1070 how ironic that the phrase used by Clark and White Yesterday about 24 times, "ride with " is the same verbage used in the title of your show.! Job well done! Lol
@sthorn_23 There might be an ump who thinks like that but for the most part, all want the game to go with them unnoticed - but when players/coaches upstage alot of calls, plays, etc, the umps have to act accordingly - but when is turning a blind eye to these actions acceptable?
@dandakich@IndianaFever I know you normally get scalded for comments like this. But this time I feel you are spot on. I'll give the fact she was out last yr w/ injuries. But this yr was redemption year, should have been from the get go. https://t.co/qWy5I40yxT feels like it isn't even a possibility
@1075thefan this "injury/ailment" with CC continues to gain strength as something else - this feels like a locker room/coach/player divided.
Both the team & CC could do some major crowd control and be truthful, otherwise, it feels like CC wont be here sooner than later #Fever
@KBowen1070 legit ?. is the Indy 500 simply existing on its past, as compared to its present. Let's be honest. 15-20 yrs ago, ample cars ready to qualify, 2 weeks of solid practices. Now, everything half of what it was , so 15 -20 yrs from now, what will the 500 look like?
@jasonwhitlock I tend to agree and when her coach has to have a long winded explanation of what is happening with her, there is no doubt she is suffering to some degree health wise.
@CoachAdragna NIL, shot clock ready players. I don't think the game is going to suffer without it, and yes, I can see a shot clock coming into play down the road, but again, if it isn't really broke, then what are we looking to fix?
@CoachAdragna if a shot clock would improve all of the above mentioned by 50 to 75 % then sign me up NOW, but right now I am just not sure it is broke like a lot think it is.
We should be preparing kids to be better athletes and students of the game, not trying to make sure they are
@CoachAdragna not so good - we as fans have to quit trying to develop the players and games as we think they should be and make sure fundamentals are developed before everything, but too often a player goes out of the HS system and is part of travel or AAU ball and then everything goes.
@CoachAdragna players jack 3pters almost 80%, and dont ask a player to hit 70% on FTs, it is just not happening. the argument of STALL BALL is also part of the game, so those doing it and those defending have to figure it out which sometimes happens and equals great results and other times
@CoachAdragna I have sat courtside doing PA work for schools for 20+ yrs, and while a shot clock would probably be ok, I am still not sure how it adds to the game. right now HS teams still lack serious fundamentals, discipline, & basic understanding of game - turnovers are nearly 30 a game,
@KyleNeddenriep The one thing that is overlooked in all of this foolishness is, you know what's coming is going to have championship games where TVS can be utilized to have instant replay to go back. And look at missed calls, fouls, and the like.
@KyleNeddenriep And I think only a 1 of a 1 per cent of any athlete in the state. Will, truly see any kind of significant money. And what would that be a thousand dollars?Maybe two thousand I don't think you're going to see ten thousand dollar deals.
