More than 8 hour drive today. It’s hot and late. Ordered @pizzahut at 10:18. Within 15 minutes it said my pizza was in the oven and estimated delivery of 10:48 PM. At 11:08 PM still no pizza, tried to call the store and it’s closed. Now midnight. Nothing. Fantastic.

I don't get the allure of the Olympics for the NHL.

Go back to a Canada Cup, World Cup of Hockey, Whatever You Wanna Call It tournament in August.

We are two months out from the playoffs.

The NHL puts its season on pause for the Olympics, puts its best players - and most expensive assets - into high intensity games where a major injury seems inevitable.

Sure a major injury can happen in August too, but at least the player has 7-8 months to heal prior to the playoffs.

Total buzzkill.

I’ve been dreading this day for a long time. Last night while on a month long road trip to see friends and family One last time, my beautiful mom passed away at age 61 after a 5 year battle with cancer

There are plenty of other countries you can move to if you’re this irate about everything in the US. I’m sure you can find somewhere you’d be much happier. Maybe try North Korea?

Trying to mentally process hearing that we’ve run out of cancer treatment options for my mom. I am absolutely gutted and beside myself. I feel like a zombie walking around because I don’t know what to do. I’m glad I took tomorrow off work.
