An exciting day, RS and year seven boys had the time to visit a Gurdwara and a Mandir locally. An opportunity to meet and greet Sikh and Hindu believers and explore their places of worship. A warm welcome at both venues. Interesting and insightful day.

Boys Division year 7 RS today visited Shree Kutch Satsang Swaminarayan Temple in Bolton. An opportunity to meet Hindu believers, hearing about Hindu worship and have a discussion about the impact Hinduism has had on modern day vocabulary.

Year 7 boys had a a fabulous day meeting and exploring the Sikh faith with Mr Hardev Singh at Guru Nanak Dev Ji Gurdwara in Manchester.

The oldest grave dates back to 1617 and a church has stood on this site since Saxon times.
