Ecem worked with Syrian children in the social responsibility project prepared for Facebook Global Digital Challenge called 'Look Like a Child' and was the social media & production coordinator of the project.

Meet Ecem Çelik nominated for their film "UKDE". (TURKEY)
Ecem Çelik was born in Karşıyaka, İzmir. She studied Film and Digital Media at Izmir University of Economics. She decided to study cinema at the university thanks to her interest in cinema which started in high school

years. After completing a internship at TRT and Umay Film, Ecem did fashion photography and backstage shots. In parallel to her education, she worked in independent short films such as art direction, directing and assistant directing and photography.

‘6 Farms’. She works with interactive animation in theatre and also creates promotional videos for social media & cinema.

Meet Janet Grainger nominated for their film "OUTSIDE THE BOX". (IRELAND)
Janet Grainger has worked on award winning animated
films, advertising and documentary film. She lectured in
animation techniques in IADT College and was the producer on the Sundance Selected Short Film

<A Slice of Life> exhibited in Burbank, CA. In the year of 2019, Her animated short <You In Me> was selected in Cyprus Comic Con Film Festival, Florida Animation Festival and Rome Independent Prisma Awards.

Meet Yaou Chen nominated for their film "HUNGRY"
(USA).
Yaou Chen grew up in Maanshan, China. Since childhood she has been fascinated by drawing comics. She has been actively creating animation and visual stories since the year of 2013.

Yaou is currently a Character Animation student at Calarts. In 2017, her illustration “Untitled” has been nominated the student scholarship of Society of illustrators in New York. Yaou was the exhibitor of Creative Talent Network Expo 2017 & 2018 with her design collection

Flap is 2D short about a girl named Harper who twitches and shakes her hands in order to engage with her big imagination. For the first time, Harper comes to understand how her hand flapping is seen in the eyes of others.

Jessica Gallaher and her team created "Flap" as their senior project at the DigiPen Institute of Technology.
