@erinsongbird@iAnonPatriot@RebelPsych I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. And blatantly doing all that in front of me. Some students present themselves as “threatening.” And I do have to take that seriously as to protect myself and other students.
@erinsongbird@iAnonPatriot@RebelPsych I agree. Although, my thoughts on how “gray hoodie” reacted may differ. He/she was, obviously, one of several students who were working quietly and wanted no part in their spectacle. The girl did indeed violate his personal space. I’d also add that detail in my thorough report.
@erinsongbird@iAnonPatriot@RebelPsych Bottom line is that there are so many students today who, no matter what disciplinary action or redirection used, will defy each and every one. Teachers, admin and subs have to be ready and aware at all times. Not all classes are easy.
@erinsongbird@iAnonPatriot@RebelPsych You have completely missed the whole point of my reply. This disruptive behavior is never “allowed!” We have excellent admin and teachers. Students are fully aware of the rules. Rules are defied. This is a different culture entirely. Your judgmental mindset is disheartening.
@Ericson_McD@iAnonPatriot At this point, the teacher really has no other choice but to call the office and have them come to the class. Usually with a resource officer. This is just out of control behavior, and the teacher is outnumbered. Kids these days will fight a teacher. They just don’t care.
@erinsongbird@iAnonPatriot@RebelPsych Erin, how about you come down to south Louisiana and teach/sub for some of the schools here. You can preach and site laws all day long from behind a keyboard. But unless you’ve experienced a day in the life of these excellent educators, you shouldn’t be so judgmental.
@erinsongbird@iAnonPatriot There’s one teacher in there, and that teacher is obviously outnumbered. Kids these days will literally fight a teacher. They are not afraid of any form of discipline. So that “idiot” teacher is doing the best he/she can.
@iAnonPatriot This is how kids act a lot of times when they have a substitute teacher. They just defy every wasted breath of redirection. And before spewing negativity towards the kid in the gray hoodie, that’s usually the students who are actually abiding by set rules, and doing classwork.
@ParisSorel@Raindropsmedia1 Wow! Weird energy! Why not support this woman instead of tearing her down. Self respect??? Look at her children! They’re well dressed and obviously well taken care of. She’s probably a single mom, in the middle of getting dressed for WORK, to take care of her children. Sit down!!
@Raindropsmedia1 Shaming this mother for wearing a robe/pajamas and a towel while dropping her children off for school is pretty pathetic!!!! Why don’t yall go to Walmart and watch just how many folks wear pajamas/wet hair and NO robe while shopping for groceries. Good job mom, U R FABULOUS!!! ♥️
