Day 5 and the end of JSL’s first ‘cycle to school week!’ We’ve been delighted to see cyclists from F1 all the way to Year 6. There were 49% more cyclists today than yesterday. We hope this has inspired more journeys by cycle / scooter in the future. Thank you for taking part!

Day 4 of cycle to school week and we’ve faced our toughest test - rain! The number of cyclists / scooters was down but here are some happy faces who cycled on! Remember the saying, ‘There’s no such thing as bad weather….only bad clothing!’

This week F1 planted some overwintering vegetables, onions and garlic. The children enjoyed preparing the soil, planting and watering. We look forward to harvesting them in Spring! @RHSSchools
