Staff union members came to the table today in hope that management would bargain in good faith. Instead they continue to stall and attempted to buy us off.

It’s a historic day for BSSU!
As of this morning, an overwhelming majority of our members have voted to finalize the association of our local as a chapter of the Pacific Northwest Staff Union.

This is a bland version of what we really want to say because we’re multitasking the announcement with our on-the-clock duties, but in sum: this is a wonderful day for our members and the movement we’re joining and continuing to build.
