@CareFirst, been on hold now for 2 hours and 11 minutes. We've been trying to get this issue resolved for at least 2 weeks and always get stuck on hold. Again, yesterday 1 hr 24 min before I had to leave for a patient. Today, ongoing at over 2 hours without any contact.

@AetnaHelp, trying to get a copy of our provider agreement for the privately owned PT clinic at which I work. Have spent 2 hours (no exaggeration) looking through Availity and Aetna websites, as well as attempting several different calls to no end. Please help
