@WaldorfParkCity Utterly disappointing conduct by @waldorf @park city waldorf - cancelling reservations for a Mother’s Day trip for my wife and her friends without explanation. If you decide to close your hotel at the last minute, and are unwilling to help find alternate accommodations, then can you at least explain why you haven’t even bothered to issue a refund? Nothing 5 star about this experience.
