Hey @united why did I sit on the tarmac for over an hour waiting for "fog" as the pilot tells us there is none. To arrive and you tell me they were holding my plane and they weren't. Now my new flight is delayed!! Hello?!?!?! Not very happy, and not very good customer service.

@united @united this currently is my experience not has been as now I'm stranded and missing another day of work. Flight Seattle to San Francisco #2356 delayed. Then we missed Flight #2070. Now I am delayed on Flight #726 cause I'm going to New Jersey back to Indy for whatever reason!!
