@SalsaTekila As someone who's had massive lower back issues and got rid of them I can recommend the following:

- Plank as if there is no tomorrow
- Do core exercises 20min at least 3x a week
- Don't sit too much as it puts the most pressure on your back
- Oh and did I mention planking?
