Shocked at the Balloting Misrepresentation?

Me too. This shakes the core of the integrity of the Bankruptcy system.

I absolutely voted no, and here's proof.

You can do your due diligence yourself, on this resource to determine Schedule F. Can cross reference the Schedule F to confirm.

Sort by CEL, Custody, and a minimum value of 6,400 to see the top 10 CEL Token Holders in Custody.

No 9 CEL Token holders could of voted to reject if it was not for my no vote.

CEL is valued at 0.20 cents here (Which I dispute, obviously), so values to 0.25 cents are 25% more than listed dollar amount.

That makes the 149,840 listed 187,300 -- which is about $612.09 shy of what the no vote monetary value was, $187,912.09

America, we have a problem.

A corporate giant like @amazon @netflix can hire elite former federal prosecutors working at high-end law firms, package a criminal referral to any of the 93 districts it has a connection with, and trigger the DOJ to pursue any individual for non-justifiable reasons.

The target victim never gets to tell their side to the grand jury.

The grand jury hears one side, often from a comically wrong scammy "indictment" you would expect in North Korea.

Then life is destroyed.

For the non-billionaire class, indictment means financial ruin, reputational destruction, and unbearable pressure to plead.

There is no fair fight.

There is no real trial.

There is only survival.

This is how the justice system has become a private weapon for powerful interests.

Not justice.

Leverage.

A Judge is an officer of the Court, who happens to be judicially enabled to yield the hammer of Justice.

But it must be done lawfully and in a way that is not repugnant to the Constitution.

I'm appealing the Celsius Case to the 2nd Circuit.

Equitable Mootness has allowed a fraudulent company to get away with ignoring Court orders and valuable rights, by tying the hands of appellate Courts to even touch the merits of any arguments.

When you have fabricated evidence -- an impartial tribunal must intervene and take action. A Judge cannot lawfully rely on fabricated evidence. Why did Judge Glenn simply look the other way and threaten sanctions against victims, while providing civil and criminal exculpations wide and far to those complicit?

I understand why I was targeted the way I was -- infant children named in communications, sued for millions. That's the tip of the iceberg of what I have endured.

It was a good ol' boys corruption cabal, at the expense of victims of fraud. There was really no plan, just a scheme to bleed out victims for maximum pain, dishing out bribes left and right, while exculpating any and all liability.

The integrity of the Bankruptcy System and Judiciary has been tarnished - trust has been shattered - by those that have wilfully abused the system.

There must be accountability, and above all - Justice.
