Yesterday summer thankfully lasted just one more day for our Critical Care Transfer course 😎 We couldn’t run this course without the excellent support of @YorksAmbulance 🚑🚑

This morning we supported our A&E colleagues with neonatal Insitu training. “John” is just 8 weeks old & the staff quickly recognised Sepsis & provided treatment including IO insertion. Great teamwork @BEaT_BTHFT

Yesterday morning we visited Pediatric A&E to support their insitu training. Unfortunately "Kitty" had been knocked down by a car & required a chest drain. Excellent task trainer building by our technician Ben, enabled realistic training for all the staff involved @BEaT_BTHFT

Emergency C-Section Insitu training this morning in A&E. Excellent work by our technician Ben in creating a bespoke manikin housing a baby complete with placenta ready to be cut. Excellent input & learning from all the staff involved @BEaT_BTHFT
