$MAGA probably next. Certainly hope not for all the people who listen to this guy.
Remember, him and his boys need exit liquidity.

Good Morning Crypto Degens
Hope the news updates were helpful last night. So much happened. To summarise :
Last night in Busan, South Korea, Donald Trump and China’s Xi Jinping had their first face-to-face talk since Trump came back to the White House. The goal was to cool down the U.S.–China trade war. Trump stated the meeting was “12 out of 10” and, right after it :
- He announced the U.S. would cut overall tariffs on Chinese goods from about 57% to 47%
- In return, China promised to keep rare-earth exports flowing for at least a year and to restart big U.S. farm buys, especially soybeans. They also tied it to China cracking down on fentanyl and the U.S. halving the fentanyl-linked tariff from 20% to 10%.
👉 Why that’s interesting for crypto:
1. Risk-off → risk-on pivot: Easing a trade war between the two biggest economies reduces global macro tension. When markets think “less trade shock, less recession risk,” money is more willing to rotate into higher-beta assets like BTC, ETH, and alts.
2. Tariff relief = better liquidity vibes: Lower tariffs mean slightly better trade flows and potentially better corporate margins. That often feeds into a weaker dollar / stronger Asian session narrative, which crypto loves.
3. China keeping rare earths flowing tells markets: “Beijing isn’t trying to weaponize everything right now.” That reduces the ‘fragmented world’ discount traders put on risk assets. Crypto benefits from a world that looks a bit more coordinated.
3. Symbolic de-escalation: This isn’t a full trade peace—chips, tech, and export controls are still sticky—but it’s a signal that Washington and Beijing can trade concessions. Markets read “they can deal” → less tail-risk → better backdrop for BTC ETF flows / institutional appetite.
