In Kenya our partners Alfajiri, provide a centre for children living on the street, with grass and trees, a playing field, basketball court, dining hall, computer room and art space. It's a respite from the polluted streets of Nairobi and an opportunity to showcase their talents!

In Kenya we are working with Australian artist Lenore Boyd to provide art workshops for the street children of Nairobi, recognising the value of art therapy for these young, vulnerable kids. Through this work Lenore is changing lives and bringing joy to many homeless children.
At BTO today we couldn't be prouder! Peter Banki, one of our founding members, has been recognised in the Queen's Birthday Honours List with a Member of the Order (AM) and Kerry Pryor, has also been recognised with a Medal of the Order (OAM). We are immensely proud of them both.

Love seeing our community grow in Nepal with the launch of our new outreach program. BTO Child Sponsorship Co-ordinator, Kerry Pryor, is in Pokhara helping us reach out to families in remote, isolated areas so more children can have an education, healthcare and a happy childhood.
It's International Day of Families and we are celebrating by welcoming six new kids into the BTO family in Nepal! Rescued from high-risk situations, these children have now been given a loving home, food, an education and healthcare. Meet Ashi one of our new kids on the block.
