@fabulousmsjess @defnoodles Even if they are being physically abused and neglected without marks (and sometimes with) they usually won’t do anything If the injuries didn’t open the case in a hospital, or by a doctor calling it in, and pre-teens and teens routinely get told to deal. The system is fucked.

@jslehman11 @UliDiG The Minnesota system failed me pretty horribly. I took some really dangerous measures and was committed to a hospital at 14 where dad and stepmom weren’t filtering my communication anymore and was finally able to talk to my mom who came and got me. I have PTSD pretty bad though.
