@MarkDobbin I am the person who took this gentleman to the bank. I live on Dogberry Hill Road and could not believe that intended to walk to the bank on Topsail Road so I did offer him a ride and back to his residence on Beachy Cove Road. Glad to be able to help someone who needed it.

@USFigureSkating I also believe that when these "problems or potential problems" occur, the governing body associated with the person involved with the sport is in an impossible situation. If they announce what the accusations are they run the risk of major lawsuits if the person is exonerated.
