As for where the mothers are try looking up the Chinese panda breeding program. They've been hard at work trying to increase the panda population via artificial insemination.

They are not ours (Denmark's) to sell. Even if we wanted to we couldn't. It's ultimately up to the Greenlanders what they want to do. They want to become fully independent

And we support their path towards becoming independent. They would be worse off without Denmark's aid.
