It’s @shainahorst birthday today! She’s assistant directing #OBigFish and used to think that she was Ariel’s long-lost daughter. This is relevant because Shaina now owns a mermaid tail that may or may not be used in the production... Find out Dec. 6-8 😉

So maybe Michael hasn't slept in a while, but we're not sure that @kkassal has either. During the 73 days he spent in London, Kobi saw a total of 71 shows! Can we say research for directing Big Fish this fall? 🤩

It's time for a fun fact about our music director for Big Fish, @mastromjm! Michael has only slept a full 8 hours once in the past 2 months - life is busy when you're doing approximately 428491 shows. Oh, and it's his #OBirthday today! Happy Birthday Michael!

The Drowsy Chaperone isn't our only show this fall! Kobi Kassal, Michael Mastroianni, and Katie Camero will be putting on a production of Big Fish in our Student Theater this December - and it's going to be so much fun. We love when movies become musicals!

It's been a few years since The Drowsy Chaperone was on Broadway, but there's a reason why the show is still so popular! The original 2006 production won a Tony for Best Score and Best Book. Who knows, maybe our 2018 production will win an OBie at our banquet in the spring!

It's time for another fun fact - this time about Megan Antone, the choreographer for The Drowsy Chaperone. She's a PADI certified open water scuba diver who loves sharks, and just happens to be banned from her local Smoothie King. You'll have to ask Megan for the full story...
