A proud moment for our department as Dr. Martin-Brûlé was chosen to moderate a panel on Canada's new defence policy at the Conseil des Relations Internationales de Montréal. It featured Canada's Minister of Defense Bill Blair and Minister of Industry François-Phillipe Champagne.
