Spring is upon us! With life’s stresses eating us away, one of the best ways to improve your mood among other things is hiking! Not only does it provide emotional and mental relief, it facilitates the growth of stronger muscles and bones and improves heart health.
As a college student myself, I like to hike due to the fact it helps reduce my stress and anxiety and improve my sense of balance. With more than 400 national parks across the United States, people can enjoy the out doors while improving their health.
