This has been a very difficult 2020 for so many of us, including the travel agency. My primary role since March has been cancelling trips and requesting refunds for dozens of clients.

When I called back, I was told I shouldn’t have been told that and the refunds are “with accounting”. Was also told that reservations isn’t allowed to contact accounting. @CarnivalCruise

@airfrance GroundForce told him that the bag left El Prat Airport at 4pm local time and by 12am, it still hadn’t been delivered. They could not provide him with an update or the whereabouts of the driver. Weird right?
