Takeback from this experience as a designer:
1. Give validations upfront on any condition that a user will have to follow (for eg. no space allowed)
2. Give correct error messages. In this, the error was not that my name was short but that it had space in between
Hey folks!
I've been getting a lot of DMs for guidance, so decided to take action on it.
I'm excited to help folks out and give back to the community via Topmate. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or just want to say hi!

When you have a lot to do and your plugin loads slow (network issue or any other issues) is when you realise how much of a difference a simple plugin can make in your work. Saves a lot of time and makes life easier as a designer.
#designers what are your go to plugins?
@ayyDhar I have experienced this and at the time I was very new and had almost no experience. It did teach me, exposed me to new things and was able to learn and pick up a lot of things, however I had to spend a lot of time finding solutions that already existed and was isolated as well!
Are you looking for a way to convert your color styles into Figma variables, check out this easy way to do just that!

I have learned a lot about design from YouTube when I was starting off, and have always wanted to give back to the community that helps every designer, so I tried out something new -- made my first YouTube video for the design community.

Found this old project in my figma file today. So, during my initial days of using figma I used to spend most of my time in prototyping. And even the videos I used to watch at the time were mostly on micro-interactions.
At first I didn't know how to use component sets for making these interactions. So I used to make a Default button on the screen and then I would make a separate frame as a button hover, and instead of making a component set, I will apply - while hover: open overlay.
