@ArgosHelpers hi, I ordered 1 of an item but 2 were delivered. The virtual chatbot on DM doesn't understand. Please can you help (in a way that doesn't involve the chatbot!)?
@ArgosHelpers As explained, the virtual chat bot doesn't have an option for this. I am going round in circles trying to return an additional hedge trimmer that Argos is at fault for delivering! I only ordered 1 and got 2. I can't explain this via DM.
