@ADHD_Alien My doctors told me I am part of the 4% of people that isn’t effected by ADHD medication even the strongest doses 😕 it’s really hard and makes me spiral because I feel like there is no escape or help for me 😕 but I have a therapist and an ADHD coach so I am trying 😊

@ADHD_Alien Gym helps me and specifically gym because I get bored of just doing “exercise” but for some reason all the machines in a gym are fun for me, I also use a smart watch that helps me keep track of my days and helps with alarms and it helps me find my phone too 😂
