Big lesson learned this week: I had been falling into “knowing” and “complexity” traps.

Which has kept me in a cycle that has felt hard to get out of and a lack of direction to get out.

So what’s changed?

I also see how I was limiting myself and stopping myself from creating a full plan.

I’m now able to see what having a full on plan and direction looks and feels like versus building week by week.

I gotta say, I much prefer having the big plan.
