Hello.
We are writing to inform you of the recent developments regarding the fan project for CIX's 2nd World Tour in Bangkok, which we have been coordinating as CIX THAI UNION. Despite several attempts to contact C9 Entertainment and the organizer regarding the fan banner project, we regret to inform you that it has been rejected.
We would like to clarify the necessary steps that we have taken in coordinating this project, which were different from previous coordinations in the past. Normally, we would contact the organizer to propose the fan project first, and then the organizer would coordinate with the agency C9. This time, we took necessary steps and proceeded per usual like previous times. However, after contacting the organizer for a short while, C9 informed the organizer that we should contact the agency directly for approval of the fan project through the official fan cafe.
We then contacted the agency directly and proposed the details of the all the fan projects again. We have ordered the banner in advance so that they could be printed and sent to us in due time. The decision to order the banner in advance was based on the fact that fan banner project rarely gets rejected, considering that the previous fan banner projects were always approved. However, we sincerely apologize for such inconsiderate decision as we did not expect that the agency would reject the said project due to unexpected factors and situations.
We then tried to confirm with the organizer whether there were other fans who contacted them besides us, and they informed us that there were no other fans besides us, CIX THAI UNION. They also told us that this was the first time the agency requested that fan projects be sent and approved by them directly.
After knowing the abovementioned information, we tried to negotiate with the agency and discuss with the organizer for solutions to this issue. We need to announce in order to find the contact of the fan(s) who proposed the fan banner project to the agency directly before us. This is to discuss and find mutual solutions for our fan banner project, which was voted by Thai fans to succeed as expected and to create good memories in CIX's 2nd World Tour in Bangkok held in Thailand this time.
We are more than pleased to discuss with the fan(s) who proposed the fan banner project prior and find a solution to this issue to make this concert memorable for CIX. We would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us via DM.
Furthermore, we have proposed to the organizer to distribute the banners at the entrance area before entering the hall before the concert starts so that Thai fans can bring and hold the banners during some appropriate time in the concert. However, the organizer refused as this solution was not approved beforehand by the agency. Additionally, the size of the banners is bigger than A4 size, which is restricted by one of the rules for attending the concert.
We are deeply saddened that we cannot bring the message that Thai fans suggested and officially include it into the project. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to Thai fans.
As such, if there are no other solutions, we will proceed to distribute the banners for all Thai fans as we proposed in the first place. You can come get the banners after the show has ended at the hall's exit hall area.
Thank you for your understanding.
CIX THAI UNION
