Conceptually, it is President #Lukashenko's initiative on the need to "launch" a global security dialogue in the spirit of San Francisco, put forward back in 2017.

The President of the Republic of #Belarus spoke at the Climate Summit last November in Dubai, calling on the Western countries to stop wars and conflicts and direct the freed up resources to peaceful development

international relations caused by the Western countries' aspiration ☝️to preserve global hegemony.
