@Drlipid Hi. What are are your thoughts on LDL target for 55yr old male with untreated LDL of 150-160 TG 50-60, Cac score of 55 at age 50 and no other risk factors (fit, normal weight, no metabolic or other health issues). LDL target 50-70 sufficient or push it below 50?

@RichardBarrow I have submitted Thailand pass 7 days ago and received confirmation email immediately. However no QR code or any other communication from them since. They supposed guarantee that application gets processed in 7 days but not in my case. What recourse do I have if any?

@RichardBarrow Submitted on Nov 2 got confirmation email immediately but no QR code yet. If they wait until a few days before flight to look at your application what happens if you get rejected and no time for amended application

@RolIoTomasi @RichardBarrow Thanks for suggestion, but I'm US citizen. In US govt is taking the exact opposite approach to Thailand, now they vaccinate everyone who shows up without asking questions, even illegal aliens with no docs will get vaccinated.
