It’s always the same answer : “Hello, Your request is under the process” . If you insisted it will be we will update you in case of an update . And it never happened !!!

@flynascare you are the customer care ! That’s your job . Answering me to “ send your bag photo to the concerned department “ is unacceptable . I don’t know the concerned department , neither who to contact !

@flynascare hi , reached Dubai from Riyadh on flight xy213 last Thursday , my bag didn’t reach Dubai . And till now I spite of using emails , phones , WhatsApp and nas mobile application there is no answer about my luggage . Can anyone help or it’s a lost case ?!?
