@MikaRBW Good(has sauce) =/= have massive appeal and vice versa. They can overlap but not always and this is true for every form of creative work. Mass appeal is what makes more money.

@nickjcal @AbhsolutelyIcy @MarathonTheGame Is there a difrent sound for body shot and headshot? haven't paid attention in the heat of the moment, when I get shoot I immediately try to identify the direction of the shoot and look for cover 😅. Are you able to identify the sound in the moment or after watching the clip?

@vesseloftauceti @TheBocop @PaulTassi Can we stop with the r6 comparison. Completely different games and situations.R6 was cheaper to make and is way more pick up/casual friendly. No wipes,just pop in and play,no vault management, no skill tree and sbmm all of this makes it more casual friendly and it went f2p.

@KingRichard The game is an arena shooter with extraction elements. You are meant to wipe the lobby than loot the map, a safe pocket goes against the flow of the game they've created and turns it into 'first come first serve" situation

@isolatedrook I think every game gets it(I've seen last flag haters) the algorithm feeds marathon related post to you more also combine that with the fact that marathon is doing so poorly that the haters get a big validation and more exposure because they are being proven to be correct

@aiiygatorz I absolutely agree. I know Im not good enough and Ill never be good enough to compete in Cryo and thats fine. Worst case scenario I get pummeled so hard that I stop having fun and stop playing but thats entirely a ME issue and has nothing to do with the game. Its a great game

@JNavok Im gonna be ignorant and ask what is this post about? As far as gaming is concerned Im just a consumer. Is this about holding Sony accountable for investments? About Japanese media helping Sony cover up said bad investment? I thought the just released a mid game.
