So not only does @united cancel your flight they also hold your bags for 3 hours and then refund you for a fraction of what you paid for your ticket. Probably better off flying any other airline. The refund process is impossible and they just send you in circles.

Hey @united way to make us wait at the airport for 4 hours to then say the flight was canceled as were getting ready to board and then offer a new flight 24+ hours later, with no info on where to get our bags. And an hour plus wait to talk to an agent. Terrible customer service
