@BhattiLaib9960 Servers share tips between the kitchen, bartender, hostess, and runners/bus staff. It's based on their gross sales, so a $600 sale means they distribute 5% ($30) to other staff. The server will now be paying $21 of that $30 from their hourly wage. The server lost money.

@thebreannabrown Sneaking out at night when I was 13, driving (yes, driving) and picking up my buddies. 14 was the first time I drove to a cold beer store and bought alcohol. Don't get me started on the bad stuff. 30th wedding anniversary next week, and we raised 3 great kids (now young adults).
