The One Who commanded us to call upon Him alone, directly, would He not answer our supplications? Never! He is the One Who is shy to send His servant back empty-handed when they raise their hands to Him alone, directly. He is al-Mujeeb, the One Who responds to the du'ās of His servants wherever they may be. If all of mankind were to call upon Him at the same time, in all their languages, He would answer every one of them, and that would not diminish His dominion in the slightest. So rush to make du'ā often and enjoy conversing with your Lord.
✒️ Don't hold a grudge
Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal:
"Forgive your brother; what benefit is there for you that Allāh punishes your brother because of [him wronging] you?"
📚 Siyar A'lām an-Nubalā 11/262
Ibn Ḥazm: "No created being is free from faults! So the successful one is the one whose faults are few and subtle."
Perfection is not the goal—reduction is.

Sufyān Ath-Thawri
"Three qualities that are part of patience:
Do not talk about your misfortune, nor your pain, and do not praise yourself."

Failing to Speak Against Sins Draws Others Into It
Allah, the Most High said:
“They did not forbid one another from wrongdoing that they committed. How wretched was what they used to do.” (al-Maidah:79)
Shaykh Abdul-Rahman ibn Nasir al-Sa‘di said, while listing the negative consequences of remaining silent and failing to forbid evil:
“Remaining silent about the sins of those who commit them may cause the sin to seem appealing in the hearts of people, and some of them may begin to follow one another in doing it; for a person naturally has a strong desire to imitate those similar to him and those of his own kind.”
(Tafsir al-Sa‘di)

There Is No Cure for Foolishness
The poet said:
For every illness there is a medicine by which it is treated,
except foolishness — it has defeated those who try to cure it.
