@RickSteinRest @dpd_support Thank you, that’s kind. I’ve sent an initial email but will confirm that it’s still not been delivered. I’m very suspicious about DPD’s intention to deliver as soon as they found the road closure. I wish they’d told me there was no hope & I’d have made other plans for supper

@dpd_support at 12.15 my mum receives confirmation that her parcel cannot be delivered be today which suggests that the driver had no intention of delivering my @RickSteinRest parcel

@dpd_support the driver had my contact details at every stage but instead took a photo of a road closure a mile from my house & marked the parcel as delivered to me. Very poor service.
