I remember when football coaches didnt want 2 pay ATs after a week of summer camp saying “you didnt have to do anything this week”. Thank god they didnt. Now lets have qualified ATs at Every sporting event. Knowledge & preparation of emergency care should not be a debated expense
You’re shocked seeing this because it happened on national TV, when you didn’t expect it.
But what if I told you it happened on sidelines across America at the high school level five times this summer that an athlete collapsed? #athletesATrisk
As Athletic Trainers we talk about constantly making an impact. Im fortunate to know someone who’s made a big impact in their community. Proud of you @B_Killinger05 and the impact you’ve made in your community. Happy to know ya my dude 👊🏼

If you do it right, coaching is much more than any sport. When you become your players’ mentor, teach them life lessons, give advice through the ups & downs, you develop more than a 4 year relationship. It becomes a lifelong one. What an incredible responsibility & a true gift!
This is it. The half marathon called ‘Following an Athletic Trainer for a Day’.
Cheers to the wild ride of the two years since & the many miles walked with athletic trainers across three states. It all started with you, @AviatorsATC. Thank you!

So proud of this team and their growth over the last 4 years! More great things to come. Also not sure how they mastered the “stand like Brian” look…. But whatever. 😭😭
Dear athletes,
My ATR is open for your mental health as much as your physical health. I may not always have the advice to help, but I will always have the ears to listen & a shoulder to cry on if needed.
