@Orange__Fever @yegwave Next being example 65% of those students had English as a SECOND language,5-10 of those students needed extra help(EAs needed to help those 6 kids plus help those who have English as a second language) teachers can’t manage that on their own. Times have changed ALOT!

Example- our school is k-9 .. last year there was 3 grade 3 classes, 4 grade 5 classes between 22-26 kids per class. Some classes didn’t have EAs. That’s a lot on 1 teacher. __read next comment
