@SouthwestAir What a day my wife, 13M old son, and I had trying to get back home from MCO. Long 16 hour day. OG flight 1504 was delayed due to the incoming flight hitting birds and the smell overtaking the plane. Attendant came over speaker and said they would get us a new plane

us now? We love flying with Southwest Air, but today was truly unacceptable and a nightmare experience. There is no reason that we should have gotten home at 1 AM from a regularly scheduled 12:10 flight even with our 3 hour drive from BWI. Thank you!
