Last day of the visit at the @universitatURV of @PaleoNicole giving a talk about pelvis of hominins at @iphes. Hope next talk will include the FEA models we created to study its biomechanics!
Yesterday was my first day as a postdoc. 🥳 For 18 months, I'll be studying the biomechanics of the nigerien dinosaurs Lurdusaurus and Ouranosaurus with @HoussayeCnrs and @SamHybois. I can't wait to start working on the simulations!
I'm very happy to be part of the team introducing the new pterosaur species Inabtanin alarabia (along with a new specimen of Arambourgiania)! Wonderful work led by Kierstin Rosenbach, based on fossils found by all-terrain field paleontologist Iyad Zalmout (who else?).
The vertebrate paleontology group from @IdlLuiz / @cienciasulisboa has an activity at the 25th birthday of the pavilhão do conhecimento @cienciaviva. Come say hi !

Yesterday I was once again working in the Museu Geológico of #Lisbon.
The occasion to look at historical material such as this #Lusotitan humerus, initially described as "Brachiosaurus atalaiensis" by Lapparent & Zbyszewski, 1957 (on the left).
Intentando poner un poco de orden sobre la diversidad estegosauriana en los ecosistemas ibéricos y europeos del final del Jurásico en @ZoolJLinnSoc. ¡Enhorabuena a @SergSanchez_ y A. Cobos!
