@JoeM709 Only problem is, would you rather have experienced cops focused on one sector of policing, or lesser experienced cops because they are rotating jobs? Not even sure how it works today.

@JoeM709 Agree. Private prison systems are an entire other issue that needs to be solved. Decriminalization of minor drugs, more police training (i like the idea of all police training 20% of the week), and investment into poor communities are all really good ideas.
