Health Hypnosis
The positive Feedback on my programs "Prosperity Hypnosis" and "Relationship Hypnosis" inspired me to create "Health Hypnosis".
It uses the hypnotic suggestion techniques of reverse speech, subliminal speech, speech overlay to imbue beneficial intentions, spoken by me, into your subconscious. There's nothing else quite like it.
You are not required to consciously focus or listen, the messages aim to bypass the conscious mind. For this purpose I have also composed music (tuned at 528 Hz) and added beautiful filmed footage (from Positano, Italy) into the mix.

Moving from Obesity to Health and Fitness
The biggest lie is that it takes extreme effort to move from obesity to health and fitness. It's just the other way around.
Health is your natural state and arises from living a natural life. Obesity is from an unnatural life. Reverse your viewpoint and see obesity as something that takes sustained effort to achieve and health/fitness as something that you takes shape when you're your most normal and real self.
From this new viewpoint, many of the so-called solutions to the problem only add unnaturalness and exploit the condition for monetary gain. Excessive supplement-taking, medication-taking and excessive gym-workout are not natural behaviors.
Instead of pills and supplements, try natural, non-processed food. Eat the way people ate 150 years ago. You won't lose weight immediately, but over time, you form into a more natural shape.
Instead of lifting weights and running on a treadmill, try natural movements outdoors in the sun, the wind, the rain. Walking, horse riding, swimming, etc. Not for the sake of losing weight but for the sake of regaining your connection to nature and enjoying your life.
When you die, it's good to be light as a feather so that you ascend higher. Overweight means that you've accumulated too much inner "stuff", burdens that are not yours, thoughts that are not yours, lifestyles that are not yours. Your emotional condition takes shape as an obese outer physical form. Drop what isn't yours piece by piece.
Instead of suppressing your emotions with distractions such as phone scrolling, excessive browsing, excessive show and movie entertainment, excessive talking, excessive gossiping, etc. learn to acknowledge, love and then release negative emotions. Learn to visualize a new version of you on a regular basis, until this new self-image becomes second nature. Prefer deeper conversations with those around you to entertainment. Prefer books to screens. Prefer natural environments to excessive EMF.
Instead of forcing yourself into tight polyester fabrics, wear loose, natural clothing.
Put your hands around the food portion you're about to have. Then move this shape, made by your hands, to your stomach. The portion determines the shape. To speed up your digestion, instead of having one, two or three big meals a day, have five, six or seven small ones. Always leave a little space in the stomach to breathe, but never starve yourself, never force yourself to eat less. Enjoy your food.
Move from a mentality of serving yourself to serving others. But not in the sense of letting others decide who you are and what to feel or think, but of finding a vocation and life purpose where you can be of service to people.
There's so much more to learn, but it will all come to you when you think about living naturally. Examine what people looked like in older times vs. today and it's easy to see hundreds of differences.
Instead of saying "stop body shaming me! Big is beautiful!", realize that nobody can shame you if you aren't already shaming yourself. Instead of shaming and guilt-tripping yourself, decide how you wish to look and determine that your decision is final and there's no going back - ever.
You can achieve weight loss the unnatural way via ozempic, extreme cardio or dieting. But these are often temporary changes that don't address the underlying negative self-image, negative emotions and unnatural lifestyle. You might get thin on ozempic but the sense of emptiness is still there. You might drop a few pounds on a treadmill, but the old self-image is still there, waiting to re-emerge at the slightest enjoyment of chocolate ice-cream. It's not natural to suppress enjoyment and you don't need to do that. Balance it, don't suppress it.
The modern person thinks that the more they "get" the better things will be. So they accumulate stuff they don't need. Actually, the constant desire for more and more and more reflects a lack of inner activity. So we compensate by accumulating stuff on the outside. Inner activity: Plans, dreams, goals, feelings, intentions, love, care, energy, visions, values.
Example: People think that accumulating more and more "information" via Internet and AI will make them smart. But it's only the information they USE that leads to EXPERIENCE that makes them smarter. In the same way, people eat food that their bodies don't really need. Eating what the body actually needs, makes it healthier. A blood-test reveals what nutrients your body wants. Or simply "feeling into the body". "Less is more". As you drop the need for external stuff, objects, foods you give yourself space to develop a more internal life.
It's not as insurmountable as you may think. It's never too late. Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

الآن..الغاء رحلة الكويتية من لندن الى الكويت من دون ابلاغ الركاب الذي فوجئوا بتذمر بسبب الغاء الرحلة بعد وصولهم لمطار هيثرو، ومكتب الكويتية مغلق ولا أحد يرد على الهواتف والايميلات!
هو ليس مضيق هرمز، بل هو أولى أن يكون مضيق خالد؛ فهرمز اسم إله الفرس قديماً، وهرمز أيضاً كان قائداً مقيتاً وظالمًا تصدى له القائد خالد بن الوليد في الكويت (معركة ذات السلاسل في كاظمة شمال الكويت 12هجري 633م) في مبارزة فردية فقتله وتحررت بلدان الخليج من بطشه وظلمه
على دول الخليج رفض هذا المسمى وتسميته بمضيق خالد
