I legitimately just watched an #Amazon driver throw our packages onto our raised porch from the sidewalk.
I don’t know who is in charge of hiring and training drivers, but this is absolutely unacceptable.

We were the last to board our flight and were made to check one of our bags only to get on and pass at least five fully empty overhead bins.

The worst part is it’s not gate checked; we actually have to go to baggage claim.
