A senior Ukrainian official who says he sat in on the money meetings has handed over what he calls the 155 million dollar photo: a single image of two American wire confirmations, side by side, that he claims shows Mitch McConnell taking $89 million in kickbacks and Chuck Schumer routing $66 million in U.S. taxpayer funds for Ukraine straight into his own accounts. The official told allies the transfers were dressed up as “advisory fees” and “reconstruction consulting,” then split between shell companies tied to the two Senate leaders while Kyiv’s own soldiers went unpaid. He said the photo was taken inside a finance office in 2023, after a late-night call in which both men were promised the cash would never appear on a U.S. disclosure form.
