On the road this week! Kicked off a week of STREAM in our Exploration Station at a VBS tonight! We blasted off with intro to coding lessons differentiated for pre-school through middle school. Looking forward to a week of #funfueledlearning !

Such a “wonder”-full afternoon at Columbiana Public Library! Lots of laughter, learning, & sharing! We acted out coding, learned basics of coding, & had fun exploring ways to code, explore, & create w/Dash! Can’t wait to be w/you all again in July! Librarian Carrie is a treasure!

We read about our amazing Sun today and gathered facts about its energy. We are using Solar Beads to see if UV rays get to earth on cloudy days, too!

V is for Veggies! They kept track of everything they tried and what they liked and didn’t like. So many were surprised when they ended up liking something they thought for sure would be gross. So many lessons learned around the table including making sure there is enough for all!

Two of our WBHS students are holding an event today to raise money for charities for their Honors English Project! Hope to see you there! Thank you to Firestone Farms and Orange Leaf for providing the venue and staff. They have learned so many valuable lessons from this! 💙💡
