How do these companies get away with increasing prices without notifying customers.

Been with @SkyUK as VIP Gold member for 7 years and never seen price drop. Loyalty doesn't pay with these companies.

Considering cancelling my subscription when my contract ends in July.

Increase costs - now paying £85.45 for basic TV package and Sky Fibre.

Asked why the bill had increased by £26.07 since Oct - they said add ons had expired. I didn't authorise any add ons.

They reduced bill by £13 - but where's the other £13.07?

Been to pay the smallest water bill in history which arrived by post from @SthStaffsWater - 34p

Couldn't pay it unless I paid £2.00 to them.

Why send the letter out if I couldn't pay the small amount?

I know it's only £1.66 difference but I would have hounded to pay 34p.
